The LPFF win award at CPFA Conference
The LPFF win CPFA award
On Wednesday 17th June the LPFF won an award for their sports development projects at the County Playing Fields Association conference.
The award was announced by Alison Moore-Gwyn, Chief Executive of Fields in Trust and commended the LPFF for communicating the benefits of playing fields through its innovative projects such as Active Angels, Coping Through Football and Female Coach Development.
The award was presented to Katherine Shutler at the CPFA Annual Dinner by Chris Trickey, Chief Executive of SAPCA. On receiving the award Katherine said “it is a great honour to be recognised for the work our projects do and we are really grateful to the CPFA and SAPCA for giving us this award”.
The CPFA conference took place over two days and was attended by representatives of CPFA’s from all over England.
