THE AIMS OF THE FOUNDATION

The London Playing Fields Foundation is the trading name of a registered Charity which was founded in 1890 and granted a Royal Charter in 1925.

The aim of the Foundation is to improve the health and wellbeing of all Londoners through the protection, provision and promotion of community playing fields.
