11-a-side Pre Season League 2010

The London Playing Fields Foundation is organising an 11-a-side Pre-Season League at the Peter May Sports Centre this summer.

At a time of the year when there is little availability of pitches the league is designed to help clubs prepare for the forthcoming season. The matches can be used to get players match fit and to try out new members.

The competition will take place on Wednesday and Thursday evenings commencing Wednesday 21st July 2010 and ending Thursday 26th August 2010. Teams will play one game per week. The games will be 35 mins each way with kick offs at either 7.00pm or 8.30pm. All matches will be refereed by qualified officials and the competition is open to affiliated clubs only. If the league is over subscribed we will use Monday as an overflow.

The entrance fee is £345 (£57.50 per game) and includes pitch hire and referees expenses. Cheques should be made payable to The London Playing Fields Foundation and sent to Jenna Schillaci ASAP. On receipt of your entry form you will be sent full details including competition rules and fixtures.

PLEASE NOTE: THE VENUE FOR THE LEAGUE THIS YEAR WILL BE THE PETER MAY SPORTS CENTRE.
