London Marathon Playing Field Greenwich
In 1999 LMPF Greenwich was the first ground to be saved with the help of the London Marathon Charitable Trust. Already established as the country’s first dedicated mini-soccer centre, additional funding from LMCT and the Football Foundation enabled us to build a brand new pavilion in 2003. The ground is home to the Female Coach Development project and is the London FA’s strategic base for the development of female coaches. It also hosts the Selkent Youth League as well as county and regional mini-soccer festivals and the highly regarded South London Special League.
