From organising introductory festivals to inter-school competitions, district and county matches, these teachers and volunteers help us in our drive to initiate and fuel a sporting habit for life.
Our two playing fields in Walthamstow play host to Waltham Forest School Sports Federation’s secondary school football and cricket competitions, their girls’ football festivals and cross country events.
In 2024 we hosted 96 district football games and 40 county football fixtures as part of our focus to keep representative schools’ football alive.
Tonight we celebrate the contributions of Jo and Shona to school sport.
