BE A PLAYMAKER

There are lots of ways you can support our work protecting, providing and promoting London’s playing fields. Anything you donate will go towards transforming someone’s life through sport and physical activity.

Make a one-off donation

For every £1 we invest in producing good quality pitches, we only get back 39p in hiring income.

We rely on supporters like you to make up the shortfall. Anything you can give today will be used to fund life-changing opportunities for sport and physical activity for Londoners.

Donate today to help change someone’s life through sport.

Leave a legacy

If your life has been improved by sport, consider leaving a gift in your Will to the London Playing Fields Foundation.

Your kind gift will help to make sure future generations of Londoners can benefit from playing sport. Speak to a legal advisor about ways you can remember us in your Will, including leaving a specified sum of money, a portion of your estate or a specific gift.

Call us on 020 7323 0331 if you have any questions about leaving a legacy to support our work.

In memoriam

You can support our work in memory of a relative or friend who loved sport – and help protect places to play sport forever.

You may want to give in memory of your loved one or to request donations instead of flowers. You could include this sentence in your loved one’s death notice: Donations in lieu of flowers to: London Playing Fields Foundation, 58 Bloomsbury Street, London, WC1B 3QT.

“I’ve been passionate about sports since I was a kid. The value of having space to play sport cannot be over-stated. I passionately believe in the power of sport and exercise to bring communities together, create better health outcomes and improve well-being, so the work of the London Playing Fields Foundation strikes a powerful chord for me.”
