London Playing Fields Foundation is delighted to congratulate Henrietta Martin-Fisher, one of our long‑standing trustees, on successfully completing the London Marathon yesterday in a time of 4hrs 39 mins.
It was a fantastic day across the capital, with thousands lining the streets to cheer on runners. The incredible support along the course helped lift spirits and keep motivation high throughout the 26.2 miles.
Henrietta, who has been a dedicated trustee of LPFF since 2014 and first ran the marathon for us in 2016, took on the challenge again to raise vital funds for our work protecting and improving playing fields across London. Her commitment and support is hugely appreciated and reflects her passion for ensuring communities have access to affordable and attractive spaces for sport and physical activity.
We are incredibly proud of her achievement and grateful for her continued support of LPFF’s mission.
